**Terms and Conditions for Vyce Tech Limited Competition to Win an iPad**

1. **Eligibility**
  - The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Vyce Tech Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  - There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

2. **Entry Period**
  - The competition opens at 00:01 on 8th August 2024 and closes at 23:59 on Friday, 9th August 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

3. **How to Enter**
  - Entrants must complete the entry form available on the Vyce Tech Limited website within the entry period.
  - Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. **Prize**
  - The prize is an Apple iPad. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  - The prize is not transferable and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

5. **Winner Selection**
  - A random draw will take place from all valid entries received by the closing date.
  - The winner will be notified by email and/or phone by the end of August 2024.
  - If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6. **Announcement of Winner**
  - The winner’s name will be announced on Vyce Tech Limited’s social media channels in September 2024.
  - By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to the use of their name in any publicity material.

7. **Changes to Competition**
  - Vyce Tech Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
  - Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

8. **General Conditions**
  - Vyce Tech Limited’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  - The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

9. **Privacy**
  - Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  - By entering the competition, entrants agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information in order to process and contact them about their competition entry and for Vyce product marketing purposes.
